If you loved us, why did you command us to "constantly meditate and remember holy name?"  Do you have any idea how many thousands of hours I walked around with my tongue shoved back up my nasal passage listening to myself breathe???  Do you know what a meaningless and frustrating thing it is to try to do that?

And do you know how weird that made us look?  It makes you look like you are about to throw up.

So, tell us.  Why was it so important to do that if you just dropped it at some point.  Was it a cruel, sick joke?
