Sandy a class action requires a commonality of harm  having been experienced by a group of people - a class. The legal actions taken by  organisations which support Rawat, against premies and ex premies primarily arise from legal 'gagging' agreements or in the case of John Macgregor an action over documents. None of this involves Rawat suing anybody - something he is very loath to do because it could see him having to give testimony - imagine that !

As John says discussing a potential action in public would be pretty dumb and anyone who feels they do have some claim against Rawat or EV should be very, very cautious about who they talk to, other than their legal advisor.
