I challenge you to show me one Israeli premie that Prem actually paid for to go to Delhi.
I was a premie at that time and being an Israeli citizen was still in contact with premies at that time in Israel including Yoram's parents.
The only rumour was that he offered Israeli premies shelter.
You should also know that many of the Israeli premies felt conflict about being a premie AND being in the army and were thinking of going awol but APPARENTLY Prem told them that they should do their duty and serve in the army to the best of their ability.
There was even talk af a premie army unit at one time...aaah premies :>)well happy new year to all the brave Israeli premies
