I hear the going rate is about $1000 for a tiny one (and you don't even get to keep it afterwards). And how much was the entry fee? We get to see beautiful starry nights for free round here. And the campsite at the top of the cliff charges $10, not $1000. Anth the starry eyed breadhead.
