We had to get a non-profit tax id, openned a checking account and were told we had to keep the books "impecable", all written down because no attention was to go to rawhat.

What about the money I saw myself collected at Long Beach "divine sales"... tons of stuff sold without receipts, cash....well, it wasn't just at that program, it happened all over the years... lots of cash from all over the world went directly to him...
