zonk, Write down exactly what is bothering you on a sheet of paper, then fold it and put it into an envelope. Note on your calendar to open it one month from now – 25 October 2005 – then get on with your life. When you re-read this letter one month from now, you’ll be surprised to find that the problem you are now suffering from has resolved itself or has been diminished to the point where it appears significantly less important.
