In my days PAMs didn't usually leave the "Residence", rather they were asked to leave, or simply left behind when the entourage moved on. In the case of someone "being fired" Rawat never fired them himself, rather got one of his personal servants to tell them to leave instead.

Karen, how quickly you've forgotten- darshan is delivered by Grace. It can never be earned- however, those premies who never "receive darshan" are simply not realised enough yet to be in HEEZ presence. Either that or it's their BAD KARMA- ie- they are not surrendered enough and should send more money.
