I was in THAT place too ! I started to warm up and redden with the embarrassment of recognition as I read your words.

My favourite devotional song was that " One Foundation" one

" You are my Everything "....which I used to screech over and over again at the top of my voice as I cooked my (ex) husband his tea ( must've really pissed him off ).

...." Although to you I'm one of so many

      You are my Everything ....."

The sincerity for you and I was real though, at the time.Idiotic maybe but somehow sweet.
