That's what I figured the samadhi thing to be... and I still say it isn't worth persuing!

I agree, and Liberation is possible, though it makes no sense without compassion. It is my understanding that experience arises dependently from appearance and emptiness. Being itself has no beginning or end, therefor is not taught or learned, simply awakened from dreams.

The practice of sitting and doing nothing can be a glorious and worthwhile pursuit, but all `meditation` techniques are obstacles to be discarded.
