Using the forum rules to defend Jonx's right to disrupt the forum seems to me to be an addiction to following rules. Mods use their subjective discretion to delete posts, and they have made quite a number of mistakes.
What is wrong with the idea of concensus, Nik? And having group opinion stronger than a set of 'rules'"?
If this forum is really only here to serve rules rather then the group then there is a problem.
I think you will find that lots of posters have been banned here by the moderators. Why are they god? What happened to the idea of community, and community consciousness?
