I can't remember ever seeing Rawat glow except in photos deliberately lit for that effect and in real life he was always too far away for me to see his face.

However after attending "satsang" for a week or two I began to see an aura or glow around the faces of some people "giving satsang". It was the people whom I felt, rightly or wrongly, were "experiencing Knowledge" deeply who effected me this way. I note that Lexy says if she was "psyched up" and stared fixedly at the person she would see the effect. I was always "psyched up" at satsang and I always stared fixedly at the person "giving satsang" with my whole concentration and if possible always sat close up at the front on the floor.

In retrospect I see that it was the people with whom I had the most empathy and respect, deserved or not, whose presence produced the effect. I think it is just a normal human experience and it still occurs on the very infrequent occasions I attend religious ceremonies that I feel comfortable with and inspired by. As I am a crude atheistic materialist I can't see that the effect has any spiritual cause.
