I remember being invited to that "seminar". I surely can't imagine been there and how I may have felt. I probably would have walked away. That you didn't go in the 1'st place shows that you had already walked away. There's no need to beat yourself up, thinking about how much straight up abuse you could've taken,before the penny dropped.
