Publish America bill itself as not a self-publishing company but a 'real' publisher, but in fact all you do is submit your manuscript online, they 'say' they edit it and offer it as print on demand for amazon.com barnesand noble dot com, etc. In fact you sign over their rights to your book for seven years and you do all the marketing and if any money comes in you get a small royalty for each sale.
