NO NO NO Danny you have it all wrong. Its not about the techniques,its about um, its about the love? or maybe its about staying in touch with uh the uh teacher to find out what he is currently thinking about and the message that never changes and that is, that oh uh lets see. I KNOW you are not your body,you are not you mind-you are something that cant be spoken about. So go to the program and listen to what cant be spoken about, and if you dont get it,just get into the feeling of uh um, oh forget it.
