Joe,You summed up that letter perfectly, with the words "vomit inducing".
Also strange that first Rawat pretends to be the writer of that letter. Then he pretends that letters like that never happened. Pretend, lie, pretend, lie. Strange behaviour for a purveyor of "peace" or "happiness". Who is he kidding? Himself? No wonder he drinks himself senseless.. He's got serious issues to sort out, about responsibility, sincerity, being true and truthful etc.
May be in 10 years time, after a hugely embarrassing failure of the Keys, he'll pretend that the Keys were nothing to do with him either! He'll ask everyone to destroy the Keys. Then he'll say that the Keys never happened, that premies misinterpreted what he was really saying, and all the misunderstanding about the keys is the fault of the premies. Not being clear and practising enough. Not Rawat's fault at all.
There is a real pattern here. Rawat makes decisions. Bad ones. Insists that they're carried out. Fall out happens. Rawat blames the premies. It's the premies' fault. So Rawat makes another decision.... On and on it goes. What a joke!
