Hi Joe!  This whole thread, and what happened to John MacGregor (whatever his faults, failings and vulnerabilities might have been) just makes me sick, and VERY VERY VERY thankful I am now out of what is clearly a very sick cult run by a very heartless and self-serving, greedy man, with sycophants around him willing to do absolutely anything to cling to their status. "Enlightenment"?  "Knowledge"?  As Hamlet says, "words, words, words..."
