Without some other references it is impossible to say what the affadavit is actually dealing with - it appears to be part of a case brought by IRCC against Tom Gubler - so IRCC is the 'complainant' and Gubler is the person (respondent) who is being complained about. The sworn/affirmed means either the person swore as in "By Almighty God" or some other reference to a deity - or simply 'affirmed' (without reference to a deity) in a solemn oath that what they said is true. It's just standard practice to cross out the one not used. The EV web page on which the affadavit appears is the US registered version (web master Jossi Fresco ?) so why a document obtained in Thailand for Court case In Australia is in the possession of a US 'church' is an interesting question. Frankly I think whoever is running the EV online content is out of control - perhaps being egged on by a very obssessive 'media' lawyer or some nutter who claims he was once in the French 'special forces'. But hey these guys are fighting a war so any tactic is OK. What a bunch of freaks Nik |
