We'll have to wat for Tom I think to enlighten us as to what Court action this relates to - it would seem that the cult is taking some action against him personally - perhaps now dropped -which is why the cult feels free to publish the affadavit.

 The whole thing is unbelievably weird and as Macgregor names individuals without any evidence offered, he seems to be opening hiself up to a defamation action - along with anyone who solicited the affidavit and who publishes it.

Nice touch of the cult to publish his home address too !

The first major question is who took this affadavit ?

If the affadavit was taken by lawyers acting for Laver and IRCC (as seems obvious)  while Laver and IRCC were still pursuing MacGregor for the costs awarded against him, or while their reputed warrant for his arrest was still current,  there is the obvious charge of coercion to be made. And lets face it anyone who has read any of John Macgregor's journalism would find it very hard to credit him with any of the affadavit contents, other than his signature.

I hope this affadavit gets added to the Wikipedia article - it belongs there along with the rest of the cult madness.
