Sometimes the assholes lose, don't they?  What is it with Elan Vital trying to harass and intimidate those who try to analyze, and tell the truth about Prem Rawat?  You would think they think he's God or something and can't be judged or criticized.  (But of course, they don't believe that, no way!  (smile))

But, once again, I want to say, that the PRMI website is just the best thing I have seen ex-premies do, ever (with the exception of EPO, itself).  It's so well put together, logical, balanced, and it hits all the important issues about Rawat and his cult.  It's an incredible resource, and I think it will (and already has) helped a lot of people.

Actually, I think it strongest asset is that it frames the issues so well, and provides a framework to think about what Rawat says and does.  What Rawat and his cult has tried to do, is to avoid, jump around, and doubletalk, using platitudes that sound reasonable (to those who don't have the information, and aren't seeing the whole picture).  And the website really provides a framework to step back and look at what is really going on.

So, congratulations in calling the cult's bluff, and pointing out, once again, that the emperor hasn't any clothes!

Abuse of laws is apparently no barrier to Elan Vital.

But if they didn't intend to sue, what was the point of that DMCA exercise?
