Hi PS,

There has been some previous discussion - also see http://prem-rawat-critique.org/not_the_keys.htm

but your revelation about the $18 charge is new I think.

Given that EV claim to be a largely volunteer run organisation it can hardly have significant staff overheads -( OK of course Visions has major staff costs and or subcontract fees to Eversound but let's treat EV at face value). Packaging and Insurrance will have some cost but on a bulk operation it looks like EV is clearing $10 per Key per User - or $50 per 'student' for five 'pre Knowledge' Keys.

I've no idea how this plays out in US consumer Law - in Europe though this 'hidden fee' looks highly questionable because of the very detailed nature of TheKeys contract - there really would need to be a clear statement about the fact that doing TheKeys programme by post will cost $90 (E75) (£50) to make it legally safe.

Thanks for posting PS - your perspective is always helpful.
