100% fits with all 'special' services I've been involved in when I was into it.
I've been involved in some of these preparation meetings, went to some of his hotel suites (even once when he was there), been backstage on several occasions etc
I agree and confirm all this, none of this is contrary to what I came to know during my various services on several occasions.
The new technologies (First Class) didn't change much of the scene, and this scenario has been going on for decades as far as I know.
