In one of the earlier transcripts, Rawat said this:-Leaders are always in individual mode. To be a leader, a leader has to separate himself from the team, go into individual mode. As soon as you do that, you no longer have a garland. Pearls break the clasp and it's finished. All the pearls go all over the place. That's exactly what happens when you have a leader. You don't need a leader. You have a leader. M is your leader. Let M come up with the Vision, what needs to happen. So why is it alright for Rawat to be a leader, but not alright for anyone else? Is he some special kind of human being? (And let's not get into whether 'alright' is a word.) It is also particularly amusing that he claimed on his first website that he is not a leader, and never wanted to be one. John.
