I am a person who wears a sarong in my home and casual clothes to a courtroom as I don't own a suit or a tie. The solicitor is a rich man in an expensive suit with an expensive tie. When I testified for John in court the judge did not believe I could be telling the truth about a rich and suit wearing solicitor.

The judge did, at least, understand when I was making a satirical joke even if he didn't laugh.
