It's one thing to have premies hanging around outside programs smoking, but when representing and presenting Rawat, as this guy was, to be smoking surely gives out the wrong message. But what do I care, the chance of anyone being ensnared by this trailer is zilch whether the guy smokes or not. I can also imagine that the community leader actually did ask for premies to help man the display, but the days when most premies would admit in public that they are premies are long since gone.
