The thing is, I don't think this event was ever advertised in San Francisco, even to the premies.
If it weren't for Nik's research, and the fact that the War Memorial Board puts its minutes on the web (something I think Rawat's minions overlooked), we would never even have known anything about it until Linda Pascotto did her stupid press release, which they appear to only intend to use for gullible "new people" they are trying to suck into Rawat's cult.
Nik's discovery also made it clear that the cult paid for the hall, and not the UN or anyone associated with the UN.
So, Linda Pascotto -- who appears to have no shame whatsoever -- wants us to believe that some UN-anniversary organization rented Herbst Theater and then invited Rawat as an "expert on peace" to speak about the UN, and that the room was filled with dipolmats, politicians, and government leaders, none of which appears to have occured, and all of which are apparently lies. Of course, there is no way to verify that an event occured that is only advertised after it happened. There are actually other things in that press release that are worded in such a weird way, that it isn't clear that even the people quoted were actually there.
Then they got Gavin Newsom to do one of those meaningless commendations, that city officials do for just about anything and are less than worthless, except the cult is trying to use that, in combination with this bogus "UN anniversary event", which was entirely staged by the cult, to give Rawat PR.
He must TRULY be desperate to sink to that level to try to get legitimacy. It is so, damn, funny and will most certainly backfire. Anybody that deceitful in trying to look good, must have a helluva lot to hide, and boy does Rawat. I think most people see that for what it is. Unfortunately, there appear to be a certain number of really gullible people, and I feel sorry for them.
If I was a premie, I would be so, so embarrassed to be associated with any of that, and I would wonder if Rawat had lost it completely.
