I don't know much about Advaita Vedanta, but I don't see how you can confuse a very complex philosophy with Malibu Prem's soundbite platitudes. I would say Hallmark solipsism but you probably don't get the Hallmark reference (it's an American thing).But you do say yourself that AV is a faith. I think that any belief that negates the normal human experience for some secret hidden world is negative and degrading to the individual. Finally any philosophy that is based on faith is a crappy philosophy in my opinion.
