...but I will try nevertheless, to put my thoughts into words.

On reading the above post I perused the " PRC " site by clicking on the link above this forum.

All of the excellently presented information made me want to take a shower for every one of the thirty years that information was withheld from me while I was a participant in the cult.

However ,there was one extract from the terms and conditions related to using the keys, that disgusted me even more than all the other duplicity.

Here it is :

I understand that the practice of Knowledge does not prevent, cure, or treat any medical or mental illness and does not prevent the recurrence of any illness once it has been treated. I understand that some unresolved mental and emotional health problems may interfere with the ability to make choices related to asking for, practicing, and enjoying Knowledge. As far as I am aware, I am free from any conditions that would impair my ability to ask for, practice, and enjoy Knowledge.

What a " catch 22" this seems to be.What could it mean? The implications and  possible permutations are numerous.

Here are some of them : (as far as I can make sense of the text  and ,bearing in mind that I could be mentally ill I suppose !

1. I may choose to ask for Knowledge because I am mentally ill and/or  emotionally unhealthy

2.I may choose not to ask for Knowledge because I am mentally ill and/or  emotionally unhealthy.

3. and 4. Same as 1. and 2. but substitute the words " ask for Knowledge" with " practise Knowledge".

5. and 6. Same as 1. and 2. but substitute the words " ask for Knowledge" with " enjoy Knowledge "......here I would question whether you can choose to enjoy something.Enjoyment is not a matter of choice .

7. There seems to be a hidden implication that if I ask for Knowledge and don't practise it I may be mentally ill and/or emotionally unhealthy.

8. If I practise Knowledge but don't enjoy it I may be mentally ill and/or emotionally unhealthy.

However , it seems clear to me that ,in truth, this extract is quite simply a ghastly get-out clause with

"THIS IS A CULT...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE" written all over it because, of course , if ...after receiving Knowledge.....you experience mental illness or emotional unhealthiness........it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the Knowledge or Rawat's "enlightening"and " inspirational" discourses could it ???Oh no no no...If you ever feel terrible after receiving Knowledge and don't enjoy practising it, it is your own fault. After all , you disobeyed the guidelines and chose to ask for knowledge when you were mentally ill and emotionally unhealthy.

Round and round in an infinite circle....isn't this called a " tautology " ?

( or despicable mind rotting bollocks ! )
