Yes, it is quite relevant to consider either the same or very similar material that is used under the 'Fair Use' doctrine on other websites that are known by Elan Vital and what other corporate name Maharaji is going by. If they've given a 'pass' to those other websites they are giving a pass to all such websites with the same content or similar content or even lesser amount of content. |
