If I sincerely thought that I was God and I starting gathering converts by saying that I was God and then was confronted by others suggesting I wasn't God and I then changed my 'tune' and then stated that I wasn't God on my websites or whatever. Yet, in private I still did the wink-wink I am your God thing.
