I wonder if Glen and the others in the Passages video actually believed in what they said?  I suspect that they do partially believe in what they said, in a self delusional manner.  However I think that they simply do not care as to what actually happened in the past, the important thing for them is to present things in a way that they currently think is suitable to capture as many potential aspirants/followers as possible.  For them, being interviewed in the Passages video, I suspect they felt "Ok, job done! Next!" and not much more thinking than that. Maybe I'm wrong and they really do believe all the lies they tell.  Maybe it is all hubris?

... Passages, if it were to eventually remanifest, would then become the accepted truth, with fewer voices remaining to contradict it.

I had hoped when the Passages clips were first put up on this forum a few weeks back to capture some of the great observations that people here made on each individual clip and put that up on the Passages page as additional commentary for that page.  However I ran out of time.  Do you fancy doing that as well as any additional comments you may have?  PM me if you want to discuss this.
