Does the UN know he's using their title to give the impression of legitimacy to his lectures?  I know you all know how very decieving this tactic is because so  many people may think the UN backs him up. Its absurb how he can get away with that.

Hmmm...so if  I decided to give a lecture at WWU, I could also title my lecture:

"The 60th Anniversary of the United Nations lecture by RJC"
