I'm hoping to become sane one day - and not feeling guilty about everything I've done and everything I haven't done... Hi Pirjo I have been enjoying reading your posts a lot.  You sound like a very well adjusted person with a very clear view of things.  And perfectly sane!  I hope you stick around as I'm learning a great deal from you.  I really don't feel there is a need to turn regrets into feelings of guilt though.  Everyone has regrets, big and small, feelings of guilt imply that one should have known better at the time.  This is certainly not the case about becoming ensnared into a cult.
