When I saw Olivia she was a "full on" premie, no doubt about that.  Anyone who spoke at a program, especially one attended by Rawat, was by definition a premie.

Anyone who had not received knowledge (the techniques of meditation) was deemed not to have any understanding of what Rawat may be and accordingly would never have been invited to speak.  In fact even if someone had received the techniques they would still have to demonstrate the correct "understanding" of Rawatism to be invited and to fair it also helped if the speaker was photogenic or had some other endearing quality.
