......Mostly I neither liked nor trusted PAMs , although there were quite a few exceptions ( these exceptions now seem, mostly ,to be exes ).

Maharaji always made fun of them and belittled them in public ( albeit in a jokey way ) so I thought they must have lots of problems and therefore needed to be close to the Master !

Now I just feel sorry for them....they've been around so long that I suppose they can't see life any other way....the premie cult  equivalent of institutionalisation.

P.S. I was in a nightmarish unofficial Ashram for around eight months and then an official Ashram for five months. Couldn't hack it any longer as I was too independent and rebellious and knew that staying there was very bad for me!
