Clearly you do not understand the body politic of the UK - anything that touches upon the National Health Service raises a concern. Throughout Britain people are very possessive about their local hospitals and what goes on in them - once the article was published - the concern would exist. - If EV were a normal charity it would simply explain itself to the public and the concerns would either be allayed - or maintained.

What is this simple middleage couple - are you suggesting they don't have all their faculties and need to be treated as 'vulnerable adults' ? Premies don't exist in an enforceable 'do not disturb zone' - if they act publicly and promote Elan Vital which is a legal entity, they have to be answerable in the same way any other citizen acting in a similar capacity would.
