>I wonder if the Carnation stockholders know about Linda's infatuation with the Speaker<
The Stuart family (of which LindaP is a scion) sold the Carnation Milk business to Nestle in the mid 80s for just under $3 billion of which $900 million was shared amongst the family interest. The individual share out is not on public record.
The timing of the sale to Nestle was rather beneficial to Linda as a follower of Rawat - had it been pre 82 there might have been questions about why she wasn't giving up her inheritance when others were. As it is she's been able to play Uber Gopi and enjoy the profits of the sale to Nestle -a company most famous for making profits by selling formula milk to the third world - with all the consequent health risks to babies.
Still with Linda's PR push for premies to fund the odd eye clinic and a few hundred thousand dollars toward food aid I'm sure she'll have avoided any bad karma from benefiting from Nestles commercial depradations.
