I'm sorry for your loss and thank you for talking about your father.  The loss of a parent is so hard without the interference of outsiders, but I suppose that the premies involved didn't see themselves that way.  Even so, that didn't give them the right to do what they did, at the hospice or at your father's funeral.

You asked why Maharaji can't address the issues.  The reason he can't or won't address the issues is because he is a cult leader and also, the culture around Maharaji has been that he doesn't answer to anyone.  That's just the way it is and I don't expect him to be changing. 

Anyway, I mostly wanted to express my condolences to you and assure you that your impression of and reaction to the premie invasion into your father's last days and his funeral is correct.  I would be indignant, too, were I in your shoes. 

If you feel comfortable doing it, think about taking up Padre Mickey's offer to correspond with you.  He used to post on the ex forum quite a bit, he is a fine person, and won't preach religion to you, either (unless you want that).
