Will,1. yes, the author of "Enlightenment Blues", André van der Braak, is Dutch: his book is excellent, written with a lot of restraint in spite of his difficult experience
2. I do not think that a publisher would be interested in a book with stories that have already been published on the internet. I have to admit that I have little idea how publishers work.
3. The most important concern that I have is that the book should show up in a library search about a specific guru. There was an excellent article in my local library that I only found by accident after 5 years because it was only one of the subjects of the book. I could not find it with the search term "Sai Baba".
