Those videos must have been after my time.

I remember getting misty at some of the films/music, but at one point that all stopped.  You take one step to the left, you get yourself back and you wonder what the hell you ever saw in that.

Then there is the resentment for being manipulated -- then it just becomes more obvious what a cheap kind of manipulation it really was.
