Actually, they might just, as they are trying to make Rawat appear more legitimate! Can you imagine it, hiring someone, say Jimmy Carter, to speak at an event entitled 'World Peace Conference', to a hall full of premies, followed by Rawat? What an opportunity for positive press releases!
