I have the information booklets for the Festival of Love, March 3rd-5th, 1978, London; and for Hans Jayanti '78, November 5th-11th, at Kissimmee, Florida. These are the official Divine Light Mission guides to these two programs, and consist of 12 and 16 pages respectively of information for attendees. Both booklets begin with the full English words of Arti. The 'Twameva mata...' bits aren't included but the English translation is.

I also have the 'Life With Knowledge - a premie guidebook' published by 'Divine United Organisation Ltd.' in 1975 (this raises the question as to whether there was such a registered organisation at the time in the UK). This also includes a full version of Arti with the Indian bits (although somewhat different as I remember them).

As 1978 was the height of the devotional persiod, and as the booklets are official publications by the Divine Light Missions in two countries, I propose the version in those booklets is included on EPO as the definitive version, with the differences in the premie guidebook also included. Of course, if there are other, different, official DLM/EV versions of Arti, we should include those as well.
