As for Jesus, the latest view is taken from the Shroud of Turin.  The Shroud was cabon-dated but they took samples that had gone through a fire and were patched up.  Other testing, of a different sort and more recent, supposedly suggests an older date.  Working with the face from the Shroud they have come up with this possibility: http://www.religionnewsblog.com/10307

As for Rawat, there was a darshan story that circulated through my community once.  Here it is:  A young premie woman was doing service at the Res.  Rawat walks by, wrapped in a towel, fresh from a shower.  The premie does pranam, kisses the lotus feet, and then moves her mouth up the leg a little bit.  Suddenly feeling that she may be offending the LOTU, she is changrined by her actions.  Maharaji smiles beneficiently and says it's ok, in fact it is good to give ALL your love to the Master.  As I said, this story was told all around my community; I cannot vouch for its historical accuracy.  Nor do I care to contemplate it for another second.
