On this website there is a "FAQ" that asks if this is a meditation.

They, believe it or not, ansnwer: "No, and the experience is no comparision"

Damn liars, aren't they?

They say it's four techniques, but it's not meditation. What is it, VOODOO?

Was their "friend" lying about it all these years?
