So, when you say there were a lot of speakers with foreign accents at the Birmingham event -- was that a "training," or was it specifically to talk about propagation, or was it just an "event" where Rawat appeared.?
And what were the non-English accents? Indian? American?
I have heard premies say that Rawat has been bitching for quite some time that propagation is only happening in "small" places and not in the big, Western countries. Apparently North America and the UK are at the bottom of the barrel and he isn't pleased.
And I think you are completely correct that those premies who put themselves out to try to propagate, leave themselves open for the ultimate fall -- Rawat will blame them for messing it up, just like he blames the premies in the 70s and 80s for "spreading concepts," and being too enthusiastic. Well, at least they had some enthusiasm. The whole scene now is unbelievably dead, and no amount of nifty lingo, or caravans will change that.
