If it wasn't for the premies who donated so much money in the communities, we ashram (DECA) premies would have been in much sorrier shape than we were, without question.   As weird as it all was back then, I still thank all premies who put up so much money from the communities for that aircraft project.

That's one huge and ongoing sacrifice that was made by the communities that's often overlooked when DECA is discussed.
