You may be right.  That's basically what he said to ashram premies around 1983.  "Sink or swim, you suckers!"  "And by the way, take all the debts with you, as I really couldn't care less!"  If it's to Rawat's financial advantage, I'm sure he will dump that property, and anybody involved in it, like a hot potato.  He never seems to have any qualms whatsoever about what happens to his devotees, as they are mostly disposable to him.

I guess regarding the internet, it's just Rawat again not having a clue how to respond.  When EPO first got started, the cult even contacted premies directly (or people they thought were premies) and told them that Rawat did not want people talking about knowledge on the internet.

He then did some programs in the late 90s and said that knowledge wasn't going to be spread over the internet, but that "it was going to be done the old fashioned way."

It seemed at that time, he was trying to do his anal control routine.  Of course, that failed, big time, and I guess he was forced, kicking and screaming into cyberworld.

At least he got rid of his toilet-bowl website, in which he claimed all this "perfect master" lineage and lied about "not ever wanting to be a leader."

It still amazes me that Rawat gets governmnet money in the UK.  When you say "tax break income," is that a tax deduction, or is it that donations are not taxed, or is it that the government actually forks over money to EV?
