On the other hand, Rawat ridiculed the Internet for years, and now seems to have embraced it. He said specifically that "knowledge" would not be "spread" that way, but I guess he changed his mind.

I distinctly remember him saying in either '92 or '93 in Rome, that amazing opportunities for propagation were coming up with the internet. At that time it was still in its infancy & not many people, in Europe anyway, had much idea about it. Neither did he obviously, because 5 or 6 yrs later when it had enabled some of his worldwide ex followers to get together & try to make sense of their common history, he turned against it.

I'd guess that these latest initiatives in the UK are the result of EV(UK) realising that the writing is on the wall for them.

The wheels turn exceeding slow in England, but there's little doubt that at some future date they will have to relinquish their 'Charitable' tax break income. Setting up spin off orgs might let them get their hands on other people's money for a while longer.

There are other issues here, that those cunning bastards who advise him, probably intend to exploit for the advantage of the Perfect Master, but I'll hold my peace on those for the moment.

My hunch is that if the revenue stream from England falls below a certain amount, he'll liquidate his assets here, which means selling the residence in Reigate, & telling the peons who maintain it to fuck off & die.

I could be wrong of course....only time will tell.
