It looks like him, although you only get a split second glimpse of the guy, grinning at the magnificence of Rawat. Rawat's ego does not like to share the limelight with anybody. Sharing it with cheesy new-age elevator music is about as much as he will allow. That Geaves (if that's who it is) got a one-second shot is a major concession on Rawat's part.
