I mean, if Mac's apology is credible, so must be all his previous writings about M which he has not retracted. And so must be all the similar testimonies of Dettmers, Mishler and Donner.

To take Mac's apology in isolation would be imbalanced and  hypocrisy and a lack of intellectual integrity, and I'm sure you wouldn't want that.

However, I have this inkling that things written when there's a legal gun held to your head might not be as trustworthy as something written in freedom.

BTW, this "responsibility for actions" things seems rather one-sided to me. When is M going to take responsibility for his actions?

Or is God exempt?
