Well, the documents were definitely not the smoking gun, like you say. However, I think Nya is correct in the post above. Nya identifies that the documents point to inconsistencies in Rawat's non-profit tax status. Meaning, were all those contributions reported on Rawat's IRS forms? Where were the IRCC construction activities reported on Rawat's tax forms? In whose hands does the profit from IRCC events land? Definitely not a smoking gun, but still, a small yet tangible piece of the puzzle. Related link: Nya's post above |
